Apply Loan Rumah Part 2

 Assalamualaikum,

Haritu I dah cerita pasal loan submission kan ok so 27 July  submit document. Rasa nya tak tunggu lama sebelum tahu submission result tu.

Alhamdulillah, 4 Aug banker whatsapp bagi tahu yang loan dah approve. In bteween tu punya nervous nak tahu loan approve ke idok. Selamat menambah hutang baru untuk I hekhekk hutang baik tak pa ye readers. Masa tu rasa happy sangat la sebab da secured loan. 

.

Dalam seminggu lebih tu terus deal dengan banker untuk sign offer letter. I accept offer dari Bank A sebab interest rendah sikit due to loan kereta I pun dengan bank A juga. Bank B interest tinggi. Bank C i kena topap 20k for the deposit sebab bank tak cover full loan which is no to me. I pilih yang zero cost entry. Developer I bagi 10% disc which is sangat okay.Duit yang ada tu maybe boleh buat kitchen cabinet ke apa kan nantiii... huhuhu..jadi pilihan masing2 ok.

Lepas sign offer letter, I tunggu lawyer call pula utk sign SPA & loan agreement. Nanti I share next entry ya

Apply Loan Rumah 2020

 Assalamualaikum,


Last entry I ada cerita nak share my loan submission to the bank kan. Actually the period from the date of my house booking till the date for loan submission is quite long. It is due to COVID 19. Masa booking last November 2019,my agent ada bagi tahu maybe after CNY arond February 2020 baru boleh apply loan. I okay je sebab I rasa in the mean time I boleh settlekan hutang PTPTN yang tertunggak tu...huhuhuh

Sebelum apply make sure you tak ada apa hutang yang tertunggak dengan bank. Boleh effect you punya loan approval. Kalau tak memang akan appear dalam CCRIS.Bad record... so Bank akan easily reject. Kalau nak tahu cara kira how much eligibily loan you boleh apply or anything pasal bank boleh refer dekat blog Tuan Arif ni  panduan mohon pinjaman perumahan sebab masa first time nak apply housing loan tu pun I refer dekat sini jugak. Hope it helps.

Since Nov to June 2020 I tak received apa apa call dari bank pun. Then I call developer to update. COVID 19 make the biggest impact to all  I told ya. Bank pun tak boleh nak process the loan for you. I tunggu je bank call sebab all documents I dah ready & hutang PTPTN yang tertunggak pun I da setel kan on Jan 2020 sebab I taknak ada apa apa problem lepas I dah submit to the bank. I doa semoga ada rezeki untu anak anak :) Bila kita submit documens as per request by the bank,bank pun akan senang nak go through application kita okay.

Received call Bank A for the loan application. I terus rasa nervous... and excited yela first time kan apply bukan harga seringgit duaa uiiii   so I terus email banker documents yang bank request. Masa submit ni I doa banyak2 semoga tak ada banyak masalah dan ada rezeki untuk anak anak.


Nanti I sambung next entry ya.Kalau I cerita semua nanti you all peningggg pulak baca panjang meleret

Survey Rumah Baru 2019

 Assalamualaikum,

Tahun lepas around May 2019  husband ada ajak pergi survey new housing development area near to our house. At the moments we stay at our parents house along with our 2 kids hehe. I think is about time for us to plan a new home for the kids? in shaa Allah jika diberikan rezeki.

First housing area that we went to is Antara Gapi. Double storey terrace house. The house design and layout plan is just nice.We visited the show unit but the price is slightly over from our budget so we need to move on hehe. The SA insist us to put booking fee & submit documentation for loan submission. If your loan is rejected, they will refund is with the full amount. I say its okay. We already do our own calculation , we might secured the loan  but the monthly installment is quite high and not within our budget...wajib ukur baju dibadan sendiri ya..

Moving forward, the second housing area is a bit terpencil. It is surround with chinese housing area. Found this advertisement through Mudah.com and its been called Taman Desa Sebarau Phase 3. We visited the area. Phase 1 & 2 are fully completed and being occupied. This phase 3 is under construction.

So I whatsapp the agent

I tanya price and how many unit left. Yessss, the house is within our budget!Double storey terrace too. We make an appt with the agent. On the weekend , me & husband went to the site to see the actual site and meet the agent at the show house unit there (Our phase 3 tak ada show unit, just slightly small from the show house size)

Phase 3 ada dua size 20x70 & 20x65. Alang alang tu i prefer ambil yang besar.

My husband ask me to choose the unit and we made the booking officially on 27/11/2019.

One step done fuhhhhh lega
